First Collection: Loose Tempo
There's a rhythm to the everyday - sun-warmed, sand-toned, steady. Loose Tempo lives inside that rhythm, the way film grain lives inside a photograph: quiet, familiar, a little faded at the edges, like a memory of 2010s summer that never quite ended. But rhythm needs something to push against it. So colour arrives the way a solo breaks from a melody — sudden, unrepeated, gone before it overstays. Hand-painted shapes, a streak of unexpected colour, a line that moves freely against an otherwise still frame. Not chaos.
Discipline that allows itself to wander. This is the first chapter of Ocean Napkins built this way: steady tempo, spontaneous accents. Comfort in the repetition, life in the break from it.
Quiet enough to feel like home. Loud enough to feel alive.
