Pick Up Your Order

( Pick-up of orders is only available at Jurong West at the moment. )

If you are in Singapore and you prefer to pick up your order instead, we provide pick-up services as well! Here are the steps to pick up your order!

1. While Checkout, deselect shipping and select pick up as your preferred mode. 

2. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. 

3. We will email you to let you know your order is ready for pick up and the details for pick up! If we haven't emailed you, your order has not arrived yet. Please bring your emailed order confirmation and a valid photo ID when you pick up!

To Note:

• Pickup orders can’t be re-shipped and must be claimed in person within 7 days. Any unclaimed orders will be processed as returns. Vouchers or credit will be issued within 2 weeks of the order being returned to our warehouse. We’ll email notifying you.
• We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from www.oceannapkins.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
